Ray was a veteran of both the United States Navy and the United States Army. His ranks at discharge were Petty Officer 3rd Class, and 1st Lieutenant, respectively. Ray spent 30 years of his life in the nursing field, caring for others. He was skilled in many areas of nursing, including spinal chord injury, hospice, ER, psychiatric, teaching, and case management, most recently at the VA Long Beach Medical Center, where he also participated in helping to develop their nursing shared governance model, and helped to improve their SCI Non-VA Care Program. Ray was a founding member of the Parish Nurse Program, and of Comunidad, at St.

Matthew Catholic Church in Long Beach. He participated in several AIDS Rides, from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and from Boston to New York. He also traveled to New Orleans after Katrina, as a volunteer nurse. A mass in celebration of life will be held at St. Catholic Church, 111 Raymaley Road, Harrison City, PA 15636, on Saturday, February 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.

Send condolences at WEBER ROBERT J. On Tuesday, February 4, 2014, age 80, of Middlesex Valencia, formerly of Mars, died in the comfort of his home with his family at his side. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 13, 1933, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Altmire Weber. Robert was a truck driver for Moore and Flecher Trucking of Zelienople, he was a member of Teamsters Union Local 249 in Pittsburgh. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He was an avid fisherman. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Leitsch Weber, who he married on April 11, 1953; a daughter, Darlene Printz (William Love) of Etna; two sons, Robert J. Weber (Cecelia) of Harmony and Edward A. Weber of Sarver; three granddaughters, Ashley, Brittney and Courtney Weber; a brother and fishing buddy, Edward Weber of Gibsonia; a sister, Mary Arnold of Beaver Falls; and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Joseph Weber; and a sister, Anna Arnold.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Margaret "Peg" (Ternent) McClure; children, Pamela Lamberger, Bruce (Martha) McClure, Kirk (Kimberly) McClure, Laura (Daniel) Carpenetti and James (Karen) McClure; grandchildren, Sean (Autumn Musick), Erin (Nick) Steffen, Alison (John) Irwin, Benjamin McClure, Joshua and Weston Jeshurun, Andrew and Maggie McClure, Paige, Tony and Tyler Carpenetti, Kristin Williams, Kylie and Zachary McClure; and great-grandchildren, Charles and Bruce Lamberger, John Robert Irwin and Caelyn Moulin. Warren graduated from Ambridge High School in 1943 and was inducted into the V12 Program for Engineering Studies as a Seaman 1st Class with the US Navy during the war.

He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Summa Cum Laude, with a in Mechanical Engineering. He continued his education and completed a Management BA from Carnegie Tech. Professional Engineering career spanned 50 years with various steel companies in the Pittsburgh area. He was a family-focused and faith-based man. He supported each family member in their individual interests including music, art, scouting, dance, Indian Guides, DeMolay, delivering Sunday morning newspapers, and many sports activities.

He also served as Treasurer for BSA Troop 181 and mentored his three sons through the rank of Eagle Scout. Warren was Past Master of North Hills Lodge F. A.M., Scottish Rite Knights Templar, Syria Temple Shriner, and Advisor to DeMolay. He was an active member of North Hills United Presbyterian Church. More recently, he enjoyed worshipping with the First Baptist Church in Cambridge, OH.
