Dreitenstein Victim of Pneumonia. Harold S. Breltensteln, statistician for the city budget controller and an authority' on Pittsburgh's municipal finances, died yesterday morning In Passavant Hospital from pneumonia which developed following arr. operation earlier In the Mr. Breitenstein, a city account-aht for more than 30 years, celebrated his sixtieth birthday July 12.

Later Breitenstein, who resided at 91t North Negley avenue, was employed in tha city controller's office during the tenures of Controllers Eustace Morrow, Henry Oliver Evans and John Henderson. He also served as a cost accountant in the office of Mayor Charles H. Kline.
