An Ei-chanet! Telegraph Agency message from Melbourne eays the Australian government has confirmed the Net? York report that Authralia will float a loan in the United States soon. With 130,000,000 in loans maturing this yehr, the Australian government recently asked Great Britain whether there was any objection to borrowing in New York to meet these requirements. The British reply was that there was not particular objection, especially since it was not likely that sufficient money would be available in London to meet Australia's needs. It is expected that the American loan will total $100,000,000. Toronto Mining Stocks.
