The 68-year-old retired executive also had been assistant superintendent of the Jones Laughlin Steel Corp. Aliquippa Works. A native of South Wales, Brownscombe, of 2933 Myer McKeesport, lived In McKeesport 30 years. Alter graduating from Purdue University In 1909 he instructed mechanical engineering at Pennsylvania State University. He launched his Industrial and Tinplate Co.
